Brief: Lisa and Max had recently purchased their first home, a converted warehouse apartment with high ceilings and exposed mono truss. A central box volume in the centre of the apartment which houses the bathroom and kitchen, strategically divides the living/public and bedroom/private areas and promotes a pattern of circulation.

The scheme was shaped using the architectural character of the building, its surrounding environment and the aim of creating a sanctuary with a contemporary aesthetic for the busy couple to relax and entertain.
